went 2 e spa @ 12 2 do e treatments, tink my endurance went down liao... e intensity wasnt v high yet i cant take it... -_-" supposed 2 b lynn but in e end turned 2 e 'witch' omg~ aniwae its over n done w liao...
went 2 get my gear den go trainin... took time 2 wrap my hands n did sum skipin & bagwk... 2dae's shadown was on e ring [quite weird therefore amanda, cheryl n me were lookin @ each other~] after tt we moved 2 e bags n did bagwk... alternatin 2 do padwk w joe [punchin n kickin], after tt was sparin... 2x w joe; dunno if its he reduced e intensity on me or i can cope beta w his moves liao but tis wk not whacked as badly as last wk ^_^ but stil shack~ tink ve 2 + e intensity of conditNin liao else realliy'll ko 1 dae...
but stil got injured... tink pulled a muscle when getin on2 e ring... now cant walk properly liao... tmr ve 2 go c 鐵打... $ fly away~ T_T
