reached early as usual n did practisin b4 trainin started; tink my kickin's improvin coz joe was sayin tt my kicks r higher n faster w e momentum gettin beta w e kick combos ^_^ aaron [e kid frm e prev trainin] n cheryl came n trainin bgan... had more kick combos n there was e 'grabbin knee' [grab hold of e opponent n knee inwards] n push kick counter by sweepin off n kick back [abit blur abt e hand 2 use thou] ^_^ was hit 2x by aaron [he was quite scared by tt] n surprisinly i wasnt too xhausted after e trainin n finished off e conditNin [mayb 100+'s beta 4 replenishin body fluid den h20 tt bloats] amazinly there were no BIG patches of bruise on my legs [coz after every trainin there's bound 2 b massive patches on both legs] ^_^ after tt trained awhile more while waitin 4 e 'once-in-an-hr' FREE shuttle bus [free wat, cant complain hehe~ beta den walkin 2 amber 2 pay n squeeze ^_^] n chatted w brenda [v long since i last saw her] b4 leavin... shall cont 2 wk hard [althou dunno y 2dae seems not v xhaustin haha~ or's an norm zzz-style increases energy lvl?]
