joined e student class 4 fightin fit, e class has 2 gals in sec sch but they r beta den me n they r smaller in size... so lighter... so inferior... muz get lighter...
coz structure:
skipping, warm up, shadow, bag, ring sparrin, strength trainin, cool down
coz of my stil injured leg, so didnt do ani left kicks or blocks... learnt e push kick 4 both front n back legs
front push kick:
hop 1 step fwd den push out e leg n pull back after tt
back push kick:
juz lk e kicks juz tt e front leg dun ve 2 pivot but e hip ve 2 twist 2 bring e back leg fwd 2 push n pull back after tt
knee push kick:
juz lk e front n back push kicks, juz tt e feet's horizontal when kickin
after tt was in e ring sparrin... finally im in e ring... however e ring's not solid stable as on e ground but it facilities in e bounce so e legs ve 2 b stable else ani moves'll throw u outta place... sparrin's xhaustin... coz of e intensity... i tink abt 4 mins @_* den strength trainin n cool down...
spent time readin a muaythai bk joe lent me & watched a muaythai match vcd 4 awhile w him...
3 mins in e ring, 3 mths/yrs on e ground... 台上3分鐘, 台下3年功
