2dae's again cheryl n me n theres a change in e trainin; instead of bagwk & padwk after skippin+warm-up+shadow, we had 3 bouts of sparrin n reflexes trainin on e punches [punch & block], kicks [push kick+block vs turn+kick] & [kick vs low kick], mayb stil got summore but cant rmb... -_-" after tt was 1 min crash punchin, kickin & knees [front & side] tis quite chuan~ endin w 30 pumpin & crunches...

2dae's trainin kinda xhaustin coz theres juz e 2 of us but e focus's on reflexes trainin, how 2 get out n how not 2 let ur opponent noe ur moves = move faster & quicker w distance guagin = fast reflexes [missin n unable 2 get back 2 stability = get hit ~no gd~ #_*]
