blog start track: simple plan - perfect

rushed 2 dohby ghaut n e bus 2 amber den ran thru e underpass [coz an obasan seemed quite 'terrified' of me as thou im a snatcher -_-"] changed n did e warm ups... 2day was combo of punch+kick & block+kick w more n more bag punchin... after tt was padwk w joe [my instructor]... realized after e lessons tt my rite kick seems not bad but e left ve a 'major' problem: e lift 2 kick isnt v high = cant kick high enuff... goin 2 wk on it... after trainin did sum shadow @ e gym... e amusin thing was tt joe tot i was 14-15 when i told him i was 20 wahaha~ so 'flattered' ^_^ goin 2 proceed 2 fightin-fee --> fighter --> advanced so shld b able 2 complete everythin by yr end provided trainin's 2x/wk ^_^

lisa [nic's wife aka yoga instructor] recommended authentic original plain green tea 4 metabolism rate increase & oil cleansin 2 aid me in e trainin n weight losin... so been drink tt 4 2 days... reali quite gd juz tt it makes u hungry so ve 2 tink of healthy snacks instead of junk food... quite sinful if u lose 1kg but gorge urself w 1 pkt of chips tt'll prob + 1.5kg back... no meanin rite?

b it weight losin, trainin 2 b proficient in skills, job promo or anithin u do; it'll progress little by little but u muz oso ve e willpower, heart & correct mindset... nv 好高騖遠... small gains or rather e 'gd stuff' pple tell u may as well b an oasis... its all in e mind n oni u can ctrl it coz its solely urs

mizzed wed's trainin so went earlier n self-trained 4 abt 45mins... saw a new class of wkin adults quite blur wahaha [i was e same den]... did shadow boxin n bag punchin & kickin... well wed was on guard so nothin real missed... did kick sparrin w shin guards n i was w joe, e instructor; his kick's real smooth n hope i'll b kickin lk him soon ^_^

2day's abt punches & kicks combo n well i did 1 'real gd' 1... 2 punch+rite kick = imbalance = sendin myself flyin n crashin 2 e flr... ouch~ e flr was alittle slippery n sum1 was in e same state as me earlier so its nothin 2 b paiseh abt ^_^ ve 2 get used 2 bangin here n there, against e bags, flr n pple coz its gonna get tougher future... goin 2 brush up on all e basic so can progress, includin e strength trainin: skippin, crunches, pushups mine kinda sux @_*

rainin heavily after trainin so hit e gym n did sum wkout...

warnin: if u dun ve cash, dun get a tibs cab coz they oni take cash n no cards T_T

2dae's all abt kickin... main focus was on e middle kick but i tend 2 go either too high or too low... e pivotin wasnt tt gd too so goin 2 prac more on it ^_^

had a hair cut @ ms... its lk a maze w all e reno goin on... had tony romas w kk & seth
real fillin well its $112 but we had e i-chqs so tt solved e problem ^_^

its past 3 wks since i started wk... was @ e edgerton rack doin localized installatN den transfered 2 celsius rack doin installatN [yet again] & ui testin... job nature's e same juz tt e hw's diff... as compared 2 mc where i had diff things 2 do: testin, doc, researchin; juz tt tis's kinda mono & bearin w sum earaches...
