blog start track: simple plan - perfect

rushed 2 dohby ghaut n e bus 2 amber den ran thru e underpass [coz an obasan seemed quite 'terrified' of me as thou im a snatcher -_-"] changed n did e warm ups... 2day was combo of punch+kick & block+kick w more n more bag punchin... after tt was padwk w joe [my instructor]... realized after e lessons tt my rite kick seems not bad but e left ve a 'major' problem: e lift 2 kick isnt v high = cant kick high enuff... goin 2 wk on it... after trainin did sum shadow @ e gym... e amusin thing was tt joe tot i was 14-15 when i told him i was 20 wahaha~ so 'flattered' ^_^ goin 2 proceed 2 fightin-fee --> fighter --> advanced so shld b able 2 complete everythin by yr end provided trainin's 2x/wk ^_^

lisa [nic's wife aka yoga instructor] recommended authentic original plain green tea 4 metabolism rate increase & oil cleansin 2 aid me in e trainin n weight losin... so been drink tt 4 2 days... reali quite gd juz tt it makes u hungry so ve 2 tink of healthy snacks instead of junk food... quite sinful if u lose 1kg but gorge urself w 1 pkt of chips tt'll prob + 1.5kg back... no meanin rite?

b it weight losin, trainin 2 b proficient in skills, job promo or anithin u do; it'll progress little by little but u muz oso ve e willpower, heart & correct mindset... nv 好高騖遠... small gains or rather e 'gd stuff' pple tell u may as well b an oasis... its all in e mind n oni u can ctrl it coz its solely urs
