2 mins of skippin [increasin w e lesson; & i blew my toe skin @ e beginnin T_T]
stretches

trainin
techniques gainin w guidance [1st lesson: l&r guardin stances, jabs & crosses]
bag punchin

kool down
push ups & sit ups [increasin]
stretches

n tts how a trainin routine goes im there 2x wkly n goin 2 do my own conditNin in order 2 kip n advance w e trainin ^_^ kinda sloug now n I HATE IT!~ k... so dun say im fat blah^3 im wkin on it k~ juz give me time @_* n there's not bashin n thrashin xcept w e coaches & bags k e ring's my ideal n tts when i get 2 e next stage I'LL B UP THERE 1 DAY!~
