2dae's e 3rd trainin tts juz cheryl & me after e 2p pt finished... was already sweated out b4 trainin liao so guessed 2dae mayb'll ko... after skippin, warm-up n shadow, we had bagwk & padwk lk e past; tryin 2 correct myself lk faster pull-backs after e punches n kicks 2 enable e follow-ups 2 b quicker... 2dae's combos r: 2x kick + hi-in-blk vs out-blk+in-blk+kick, kick vs leg grab [grab high n tight so e other cant wriggle out n shield e face frm potential punches], kick vs leg grab+left round e neck hook 2 push e other 2 e grd [sumthin lk e taichi 'tui shou' ~ but by here im ko liao] after tt was 30 pumpin & crunches... e end
2dae reali quite chuan coz lk dehydrated but if drink too much h20'll get bloated n tend 2 puke... its contradictin coz not enuff'll ko; too much'll puke >_<
