2dae's cheryl, me & edwin trainin... trained litely b4 startin w 5 mins skippin, warm-up & 5 mins shadow den bagwk, padwk [alt between cheryl & joe; killin >_<] n finali e long time nv do: SPARRIN of 2 5 mins bouts ^_^ managed 2 hit her but most of time im hit coz e guard wasnt tight enuf or incorrect leavin a big open area T_T endin w 30 pumpin & 90 crunches... phew~
