skipped, shadow, 3x bagwk, 3x padwk, 2x lite spar, 50 pumps & 50 crunches
trainin wasnt harsh these few daes; no hard sparrin, juz trainin w em...
sigh when'll i b able 2 SPAR again???...
but im stil down; stamina down, strength & power down, down w a 'cold' sigh~
