skipped, shadow, 3x bagwk, 3x padwk, 2x spars, 50 pumps, 50 crunches & 40 throw crunches... trainin wasnt tt harsh these wks; no hard sparrin, juz trainin w em... oni diff's tt i drank more than usual; 1 bot of h2o & 1 can of 100+
