jab vs thigh push kick
kick tap+rite kick/left low kick vs rite/push kick
n a few others...
after tt was e spars... cheryl's faster althou managed 2 kick n hit back but its xhaustin... w joy was another thing... coz he's injured n his form went down coz when i push kicked him, his abs werent as solid as e prev trainin... but den was stil whacked n even mizzed e push kicks w him standin there 4 me openly wahaha... did sum leg grabbin thou not v well...

pple r contradictin; when they r bz lk shit they 1 breaks, when they ve breaks they find it borin... borin coz they ve nothin 2 do... ive things 2 do but im strapped financially n physically... theres nothin 2 blog coz theres nothin entertain or worthy 2 blog... sian... -_-"
