skipped, shadow, 4x bagwk, 2x tech spar, 3x spar, 50 pumps, 50 crunches & 35 leg throws...

did a hi-kick when sparrin w joy & got 'thrown' by his low-kick -_-;;; actuali high kick requires e other leg 2 b stable in case it misses e opponent & he throws a kick...

other den tt trainin was quite gd, juz tt im tired & wasnt in e mood 2 train..
