did a hi-kick when sparrin w joy & got 'thrown' by his low-kick -_-;;; actuali high kick requires e other leg 2 b stable in case it misses e opponent & he throws a kick...
other den tt trainin was quite gd, juz tt im tired & wasnt in e mood 2 train..
