reached e gym oni 2 noe tt im 'red'
achin front & back

skipped, shadow, '4x' bagwk, 3x padwk, 3x spar w joy, 50 pumps, 50 crunches & 30 punchin crunches, oni don came
stamina dropped alot man
e spars r good; more darin 2 kick & punch but i noe if its w sum1else other than joy i stil stand a v high chance of gettin thrashed
