cheryl didnt come 4 trainin but i was oso down coz of mon's trainin so no sparrin n nothin much lost... skipped, warmup, shadow, 3xbag wk, 3x padwk, tech spar, 50 pumps n 50 crunches... it wasnt optimal...
tech spar:
rite kick vs push kick
rite kick+out blk+in blk vs out blk+2x rite kick
out blk+rite knee+rite kick vs rite kick+knee blk+out blk
my toe's bruised so its worsen... knee bruise's dispersin but it stil hurts so no left knees n kicks... no trainin til next wk unless i 1 2 worsen it... sigh~
