2daes trainin was by joe & i finally noe how i managed 2 down 6kgs in 4 mths last yr;
coz joes trainins v XHAUSTIN; really pushes e HELL outta u
1st spar w lena: her rite hi_kick hit my ear/head
2nd spar w joe: whacked e hell outta me
last spar w don: whacked e shit outta me
my guards r real shit; not tough/hard & fast enuf
counter aint tt gd too
