reached @ 1700 n started 2 train... skipped, shadow, padwk... w my injured rite leg so not everythin's smooth -_-" joe rmbed tt i wanted 2 borrow e vcds frm him hehe ^_^ n while i was kickin e bag, he came over n corrected my kick; seems ive been kickin incorrectly 4 a v long time T_T [no wonder my legs r injured]
e correct way 2 kick: lift up e kickin leg 2 as high as possible, den turn/pivot e supportin leg outwards [as u wld swing a baseball bat], against e bag with e kickin leg's side hand swang out [4 e momenterm], den pull e leg back after e kick 2 e guard stance
seems tt due 2 prolong incorrect kickin, my rite feet's swollen, so not enuff strength 2 support 4 e left kick, which results in it bein quite bad... aniwae trainin started @ 1900 w oni 5 pax... e norm stuff as usual, juz tt we had revisions n more on e knee, which i had alittle difficulty doin it coz of my build T_T no bag punchin but padded sparrin, as it 5 pax, i paired up e joe. e spar was head block+punch catch & punch catch+straight/x-block; so its arm & leg block combos... i muz admit tt im not fast enuff 2 raise my hands up 2 block his punches so even if i can block it, e impact wld stil 'bounce' e gloves on2 me, so i stil get hit... @_* den trainin ended after e strength trainin n cool down... sun's e last lesson of e baxic coz liao... shld b goin 2 break 4 1wk 4 my legs 2 rest b4 goin 4 fightin-fit ^_^

tinkin back 2 e yrs when i was in sch trainin under him... true tt there were times we really dislked him 2 e core but there were oso times where we luffed it all... takin e last look it was lk he aged alot... but he sure led a colorful life in teachin, trainin n sports...
many teachers & students were there too many were cryin... we stayed 4 e prayer & left after tt...

as usual i went earlier & trained... tink im havin phobia on kickin... ever since i got bruised @ e left shin i dun dare 2 kick hard w it fearin tt i'll make it worse... but every muaythai fighter ve gone thru tis phase... i call it e hardenin phase where e legs get used 2 e kickin n slammin of punch bags 2 it... goin 2 overcome it... had sum kick-pad w x-blocks & continuous kickin which i didnt do well too coz not balanced so was 'jumpin' instead of pivotin e leg back after e kick, stable den raise n kick again... sigh~ tink i'll ve alot more conditNin 2 do b4 i lvl up...

rushed 2 dohby ghaut n e bus 2 amber den ran thru e underpass [coz an obasan seemed quite 'terrified' of me as thou im a snatcher -_-"] changed n did e warm ups... 2day was combo of punch+kick & block+kick w more n more bag punchin... after tt was padwk w joe [my instructor]... realized after e lessons tt my rite kick seems not bad but e left ve a 'major' problem: e lift 2 kick isnt v high = cant kick high enuff... goin 2 wk on it... after trainin did sum shadow @ e gym... e amusin thing was tt joe tot i was 14-15 when i told him i was 20 wahaha~ so 'flattered' ^_^ goin 2 proceed 2 fightin-fee --> fighter --> advanced so shld b able 2 complete everythin by yr end provided trainin's 2x/wk ^_^

2day's abt punches & kicks combo n well i did 1 'real gd' 1... 2 punch+rite kick = imbalance = sendin myself flyin n crashin 2 e flr... ouch~ e flr was alittle slippery n sum1 was in e same state as me earlier so its nothin 2 b paiseh abt ^_^ ve 2 get used 2 bangin here n there, against e bags, flr n pple coz its gonna get tougher future... goin 2 brush up on all e basic so can progress, includin e strength trainin: skippin, crunches, pushups mine kinda sux @_*
rainin heavily after trainin so hit e gym n did sum wkout...
warnin: if u dun ve cash, dun get a tibs cab coz they oni take cash n no cards T_T
