start track: lush995

oni 1 tut n dun ve 2 rot 4 3 hrs so came down 2 e gym 2 train ~yeah~ mr s 'granted' my wish

skipped, warmup, shadow, 3x bagwk, 10x 2x left/rite low, mid n high kicks = 120 KICKS!!! tech spar, 3x spar w cheryl, 60 pumps, 60 crunches, 30 bends... last trainin on wed til 3 mths lata, til den prob train alone T_T

trained w e left hard 2dae... reali heck abt e finger liao... actuali can put in n punch painlessly but e movement'll affect til which xtent's another thing... juz bein wilful n reckless... but it was a gd train n spar ^_^

rat sent me hm in e WRX!!! coz joe wasnt ard hehehe... we saw a red skyliner on e way back but e tail sux coz its e metal frame...
