muay thai lvl3 #20

skipped, shadow, 2x bagwk, 10x left & rite low, mid & high push kicks, 3x padwk, 2x spars w joy, 50 pumps, 50 glove smackin crunches n 10 pull-ups...

e high push kick's reali high 2 hit e person's head but e back leg ve 2 b strong enuf 2 support coz e angle's abt 135°; if u miz u'll get kicked down...

cldnt do e pullups coz im juz TOO DAMN SHORT!!! even jumpin oso cant reach so joy let me stand on a chair haha...

sparrin was aggressive w joy usin his high kicks so had 2 blk high n most of e kicks landed on my rite forearm resultin in a 10c coin diametered bump, 1st 1 in 13 mths -_-;;; used omost every kick moves ive; high, mid, low kicks & push kicks, knees but stil didnt get him... sigh~ oso was pantin lk a dead cat... tink my insomnia's affectin e stamina greatly...

after trainin went joggin in e fort rd dir, u-turn @ e end of e car park n back... took ard 25 mins... not bad 4 my 1st jog in 16 mths...

goin 2 b leg achin w a few more bruises & bumps tmr...

dinner's a bowl of grn bean soup + a pack of h2omelon & honeydew; healthy n fruit diet...
