skipped, 3x shadow spar, 2x bagwk, 4x padwk, 3x spar, 1x grapplin, 50 pumps, 50 crunches & 30 punchin crunches

bruises surfaced, sparrin got whacked, grapplin got thrown; sumtimes its quite tirin not 2 c improvements but bruises, weeks after weeks w e form mizzin

i feel tt my arms, legs & body arent my arms, legs & body
i feel thrashed, battered, worn out & shacked

b4 trainin went back 2 mc w james 2 tok 2 ah meng & he agreed 2 give james a shot @ e proj which he'll b doin e interface design

hope its a good start 4 him =)

everytime i tok 2 ah meng theres bound 2 b inspirational & constructive stuffs comin outta his mouth; tis times no xceptN & it makes me tink further than ware i norm tink:
