YEAH CHERYL'S BACK!!!

skipped, warmup, shadow, 3x bagwk, 2x padwk w cheryl, 1x padwk w joy [energy zappin], 1x spar w don [whacked], 2x spars w cheryl, 50 pumps n 50 crunches...

althou i tink tt after trainin lk crazy 4 2 wks, e stamina went up but durin padwk im stil +_+ ve 2 improve on tt... sparrin w cheryl was gd but my push kick sux n don juz luvs 2 use it -_-;;; got kicked on e face by his high kick >_<

now im v MOTIVATED 2 train coz @ least theres sum1 2 spar w even thou i dun get 2 fight... which's my ultimate wish dream...

earlier went 2 play pool w james coz im juz so down & stoned... tt cheered me up alot n my skills ve improved... mayb im too 'impacted' by king coz he juz clears e table when we play...
